I’ve lived and breathed family business life, and I absolutely love working with them. For many, it’s not just a job, it’s a way of life. It’s the Sunday roast discussions about that week’s business, with multiple generations involved. It’s their shared sense of purpose: to grow the business while strengthening the family.
